                Introduction

                 

                The HDPE threaded coupler is a cylindrical connector used to connect two male threaded components in an HDPE system, such as valves, pipe fittings or pipe ends. This coupler is primarily used in systems that require disassembly, modular expansion, or hybrid connections between plastic and metal components.The HDPE threaded coupler is made of durable PE100 or high-grade PP and is threaded in to ensure leak prevention and mechanical integrity over time. It supports both BSP and NPT thread types, providing a key solution for installation flexibility without the need for fusion welding.HDPE threaded coupling is preferred for any application where maintenance and component replacement is easy.

                Unlike fusion-welded couplings, threaded couplings allow for a mechanical connection, providing a quick and easy method of installation where thermal fusion welding is impractical or unnecessary.
