Heavy duty fire resistant cable trays are made of one-piece thickened cold-rolled steel, with reinforcing ribs, load-bearing beams and stamped key components for better stability. Thickened base enhances rigidity; reinforcing ribs distribute load; optimized beam spacing (≤600mm) bears cable weight and external pressure stably, suitable for large-section, high-volume cable laying.
1.Fire resistant core layer (complies with fire safety standards)
Triple protection: tray housing flame-retardant insulation layer fireresistant coating. Filled with inorganic fireproof materials (such as silicone-ceramized rubber), it prevents cables from burning directly; the insulation layer keeps the cable temperature 180℃, ensuring the continuous power supply of critical circuits (such as fire alarms, emergency lighting) at the beginning of a fire.
2.Corrosion and long service life
Heavy duty fire resistant cable trays are resistant to industrial humidity, acid and alkali gases, and outdoor ultraviolet radiation, delaying material aging, maintaining integrity, and reducing replacement costs.
